Trailhead Information
The trail can be accessed from Centennial Park, where there is ample parking. Lots are located at the base of Marquette Street and the Mississippi River and also at the base of Gaines Street and the Mississippi.
Description
This 0.6 mile trail is a section of the Mississippi River Trail (MRT) in the Iowa Quad Cities that runs along the Mississippi River through Centennial Park in Davenport, IA. Attractions include a playground, spray park, skate park, rugby fields, reservable picnic areas, off leash dog area, and views of picturesque Centennial Bridge.
The trail also passes the Rivers Edge Sports Arena and Modern Woodmen Park, home of the Quad Cities River Bandits, a minor league baseball team. The trail surface is paved and perfect for biking, running, and walking.

- Leash and clean up after dogs
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited without a permit
- Motorized vehicles prohibited on recreational trails
