The Belmont Road Sidepath is a multi-use path that connects other Bettendorf trails, paths, and on-road facilities to Pleasant Valley High School and Scott Community College.

The Lindsay Park Trail is a network of paved multi-use trails that runs throughout Lindsay Park in Davenport and connects to the 13-mile Davenport section of the Mississippi River Trail (MRT) Iowa, along the Mississippi River.

Sunderbruch Park contains many miles of trails, including a central paved multi-use trail, hiking and single-track mountain biking trails of varying difficulties, and 4.5 miles of equestrian trails.

The 0.8 mile Green Valley Sports Complex Walking Path loops around the Complex’s eight softball fields and is perfect for walking or jogging. The Complex also serves as a trailhead for the 6.2 mile Kiwanis Trail.

The Sylvan Gateway Park Walking Path is a 0.3 mile network of paved paths perfect for walking in Moline’s newly updated Sylvan Gateway Park.

The Wapsi River Environmental Education Center is located along the Wapsipinicon River and has miles of trails winding through its 225 acres of upland and bottomland forests, grasslands, and wetlands. The Center has been named in the Iowa Wildlife Viewing Guide as one of 77 areas in Iowa for premium wildlife viewing.

Set amongst the bluffs of northern Rock Island County, Illiniwek Forest Preserve features 5 miles of ultra flowy singletrack with the longest sustained climbs and descents in the QC area. The park offers a wide range of amenities besides the off road trails and is located on the Great River Trail bike path for easy car-free access.
