Trailhead Information
The trail can be accessed at Lindsay Park on either the north or south side of East River Drive in Davenport. Parking is available in the park and at the northeast corner of Mound Street and East River Drive, as well as on-street parking in the Village of East Davenport.
Description
This 0.3 mile trail network runs throughout Lindsay Park on the Mississippi riverfront in Davenport, IA. The trails provide access to Lindsay Park’s attractions, including playgrounds, a basketball court, a historic firehouse, a yacht club, boat house, and the Channel Cat Water Taxi landing. Lindsay Park and the trail are also adjacent to the Village of East Davenport, a quaint shopping and dining district. Trail surfaces are paved and perfect for biking, walking or running.
The Lindsay Park Trail also connects to the 13-mile Davenport section of the Mississippi River Trail (MRT) Iowa, which follows the majestic Mississipipi River. The entire Iowa Quad Cities section begins at Credit Island Park and continues through charming neighborhoods, historic villages, and beautiful riverfront parks in Bettendorf, Riverdale, and Buffalo

- Leash and clean up after dogs
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited without a permit
- Motorized vehicles prohibited on recreational trails
