The George Thuenen Drive Sidewalk provides a safe bike and pedestrian-friendly link between the Downtown Bettendorf and the Mississippi River Trail (MRT) along the riverfront.

This new trail extends the popular Mississippi River Trail into the Town of Riverdale.

The 0.8 mile Green Valley Sports Complex Walking Path loops around the Complex’s eight softball fields and is perfect for walking or jogging. The Complex also serves as a trailhead for the 6.2 mile Kiwanis Trail.

The West Side Trail provides a trail connection to numerous regional parks, including Discovery Park, Kent Stein Park, and Deep Lakes Park. Portions of the trail are segments of either or both the Mississippi River Trail and American Discovery Trail.

Located along the Mississippi River, the Ralph B. Birks Recreational Trail runs the entire span of Moline’s 4.2 mile shoreline. It is also part of the regional and national trail systems, the Great River Trail, the Mississippi River Trail, and the American Discovery Trail.

The Sylvan Gateway Park Walking Path is a 0.3 mile network of paved paths perfect for walking in Moline’s newly updated Sylvan Gateway Park.

The Martin Conservation Area is a 240-acre tract of land located west of Loud Thunder Forest Preserve along Loud Thunder Road. There are ample hiking trails available that wind through scenic landscapes full of native prairies, woodlands and wildlife.

Kiwanis Park Walking Path is a 0.8 mile network of running and walking paths that run throughout Bettendorf’s Kiwanis Park.
