The Tanglefoot Lane Sidepath is a residential multi-use path that connects local schools and parks to other paved trails, paths, and on-road facilities in the City of Bettendorf. Tanglefoot Lane also has marked bike lanes on each side of the road.

The Scott Community College trails feature a multi-use network of paths connecting the buildings and grounds of Scott Community College in Riverdale. In 2018, mountain bike trails were built north of the main campus by the local bicycle shop Healthy Habits.
This 0.5-mile section of the GRT offers multiple areas for nature lovers and casual trail users alike: Fisherman's Corner offers an excellent view of a small aquatic marsh and Illiniwek Forest Preserve is a 174-acre park with plentiful opportunities to "get away from it all."
The northernmost section of the Great River Trail in the QC Region, extends from the Village of Cordova to the Rock Island-Whiteside County line and offers breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and abundant wildlife. The terrain is flat and surface is asphalt and concrete so trail users can enjoy an easy to moderate experience.
